The Obama administration has expanded the controversial 287(g) program, which allows local law enforcement agencies to enter into agreements with Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, effectively giving local police the powers of federal immigration agents. The agreements have been widely criticized for increasing racial profiling and singling out immigrants for arrest without suspicion of crime. This edition of Guns and Butter was very interesting.  Dr. David Ray Griffin makes some very interesting arguments about all of the video and audio of Osama bin Laden that we here in the west have seen and heard.  I for one believe that much of what I’ve seen and heard has been faked.  About Osama’s being dead, I’m still not so sure.  But you can make your own desicions about that.  Peace.
